Long time entrepreneurs Ray & Lita Kilpatrick, personal friends of mine, have enjoyed many years of cultivating their land and friendships with their love of life, of gardening and supporting the culinary arts program at Central Oregon Community College. Since, meeting Ray & Lita, ten years now, I have known them to raised the finest Black Angus beef, handcraft papers, grow exotic orchids, organic tomatoes and herbs. I have enjoyed their gourmet spice and herb-infused rice vinegars - Peking, Tuscany, Herbs de Provence and Powell Butte blend over the years, and bought them for gifts. The flavors are unique and lend themselves well to enhancing vegetable, pasta, meat, seafood dishes. If you drive out to Lark Garden, they also sell wonderful jellies, too.
