Embedding Videos
You can embed a video from video sharing websites like youtube.com or dailymotion.com directly in the body of your post. The video will show up as an integral part of the page, and users will be able to view it without leaving the page, alongside your post.
1. Find "Embed" Code
Video sharing sites provide code for embedding their videos in web pages. Look for the "embed" words on the page of the video you are interested in. If you're watching a YouTube video, you can find it in the "About This Video" box.
Here's what it looks like on YouTube, circled below in red:

2. Insert Video
Once you've copied the code, return to where you are posting on SustainLane.
Click on the flash button just above the main text box, circled in red below:

3. Paste Embed Code
Click on the Paste Embed Code tab and paste the code, circled in red below.

Click Check Code, and you should now see a screenshot of your video pasted into the box.
If you see the video, then you have successfully embedded it. Click "Ok."
That's it!
