Legacy of Agent Orange - genetic deformities follow generations

Dioxin causes birth deformities beyond immediate contact. Children of affected victims carry deformed genes. Pesticides and chemical agents have risks that might not show in this generation but only in the future.

This video report addresses the long term affects of Agent Orange (dioxin) which was sprayed by the ton over much of Vietnam to deny the coverage of foliage to the North Vietnamese. Many American soldiers returned with complaints that they were having problems as a result of this spray. Here, the video shows the long term affect of dioxin on the population of Vietnam. Evidence is shown as to how an acute exposure can affect children and grandchildren with severe deformities. We often think that an exposure to really bad substances can cause birth defects in our own children, but in Vietnam, the defects are clearly embedding into the genetic code.

Our governmental response is unsatisfying to say the least.

It is a tragedy and a shame on the USA to be so boldy arrogant and obviously in denial of the crimes committed to these people. It is an outrage and an insult to not to be responsible to our fellow man, especially as the world stage is getting smaller. I have no doubt that if Vietnam had more valuable resources to steal besides labor of the people, the bargaining power of Vietnam would be greater and maybe we would see an outreach.

Truly Pathetic... it makes me feel very sick to see crimes like this... I'm surprised we haven't patented the deformed genes of these people yet.
