Dark chocolate & lime
After many experiments at candying lime peel and dipping it in dark chocolate, I was convinced that I was one of the few people to realize the power of the combination. When I first saw this Dagoba lime & mac dark chocolate bar, I thought for sure Frederick Schilling must've been looking in my kitchen window.
The dark chocolate perfectly complements the tang of the lime and the mild crunch of the macadamia. It's a very tasty dark chocolate bar. If you don't like it, well - more for me.

Dagoba is up among the best chocolate, right up there with Scharffenberger. They, too, just got purchased by Hershey's. This bar is amazing, the one with lime and macadamia nuts. It's like 59% cacao, I think. It's organic. It's got just over 10 grams of sugar. It's killer. I'm a huge fan, and often by the loose chips in bulk at Rainbow, despite how expensive it is.
