Knock-Off the Old Mozarella Block
Meltable for grilled sandwiches and lasagna, shreddable for tacos and pizza, Lisanatti's Premium Soy-Station Mozzarella Style is a great, healthy cheese alternative! Although it does have milk protein, casein, it is gluten-free, has zero cholesterol and preservatives, and they make a point of telling us they produce it without using biotechnology.
