Small, sweet, and pricey.
I visited this once and everything looked tasty and fresh, but unfortunately I couldn't afford any of it. Even a glass of tea to drink on the spot was $5. When I went there were many breads, cheeses, greens and other veggies, and herbs and flowers for sale. [UPDATE: I went back and tea was only $2. Maybe the $5 tea had special ingredients?]

Logan Square Farmers Market
Each Saturday morning this is a great place to come out and get some fresh vegetables to make some great meals. The vendors are very friendly and often offer some advice for meals or recipes that can be made with their products.

Where Did You Go?
I really hope that the small but interesting Logan Square Farmer's Market returns. I've only seen it a few times and I think our neighborhood sure needs it's own Farmer's Market.

Logan Square Farmers Market - Chicago
Located in the heart of the Logan Square neighborhood at the intersections of Logan Blvd., Milwaukee Ave., and Kedzie Ave. you can find the Logan Square Farmers Market. From June through October, one can find locally grown produce and flowers at this wonderful outdoor market! It is fairly easy to get to (right by the Logan Square Blue Line stop) and is surrounded by many neighborhood businesses that always welcome the patronage of those visiting the market.
I gave it 5 stars because of its proximity to my home and because I've never had a bad experience there!
