Yoga and Meditation

This is a beautiful and secluded meditation center hidden in Carmichael. They have Yoga classes for 10 bucks each and free meditation classes. Everyone there is very friendly. They have an organic garden and have WWOOFers stay there sometimes.
They also have a free dinner on sunday nights and meditation. They also read out of the Bhagavad Gita and sing Hare Krishna songs.
