I found a great, economical water saving device. So great, that I am going to start selling them part time or find people that want to sell them. It converts old toilets to low flow or ultra low flow toilets with a dual flush handle and gets rid of flapper leak. You do not have to send old toilet to landfill or have to redo floor because of different toilet footprint! In addition, these are about 1/10 the price of a new low flow toilet and can be installed easily in about 1/2 hour! Saves between 1.2 - 2.6 gallons per flush, maybe even more depending on toilet model. Great for older motels, hotels too. Been used in Europe, Australia, and the Orient for years.
