Ice Cream for the World

As has already been mentioned, the ice cream at this place is truly amazing - they have all of the good old standards in addition to a couple interesting flavors that are different every time i go. Another thing about them however that is truly incredible is that all of their cups and napkins are compostable and they have a little compost bin right in front of the shop. Now that is ice cream you don't have to feel guilty about!

I Scream 4 Ice Cream

My daughter took us to Maggie Mudd last month and while I'm not an ice cream "freak", I did especially love the vegan coconut milk "ice cream". I tasted the chocolate peanut butter too and it was awesome. My husband thought it a tad too sweet but everyone else gave it two sticky thumbs up and I've recommended Maggie Mudd to all of my "people".

why doesn't this ice cream make me fart?

uh, cuz there's no DAIRY in it! i really love dairy products, and generally eat the "real thing" when it comes to ice cream. one evening a friend of mine offered me maggiemudd's peanut butter chocolate flavor that I ate almost an entire pint of before i realized she was giggling at me.

you may ask: why was she giggling at you louda?
i say: because i didn't realize it was vegan

this stuff is so tasty that you really don't miss the dairy. i don't get to eat it very often because its way out of my neighborhood, but boy, am i excited when i do! also, i just realized today they now have cakes.
