Awesome idea

Ever since I first heard of soap nuts, I have thought they were a great idea. A friend of mine recently bought some from this company and gave me a few of the nuts to try out. The nuts themselves smell kind of bad, so I was worried that this would also leave my clothes smelling bad. As a test, I tried them out on just my rags first. I thought they worked great! I don't have any advanced scientific data telling me how clean all my rags actually got, but they smelt clean to me and they didn't have any gunked up food on them anymore. All in all, I support des nuts.

Laundry is fun, I must be nuts! Or is it the nuts?

Wow. Laundry soap that is sustainable, grows on trees and does a great job. I have used Maggie's Soap Nuts for 3 months on everything. I reuse the nuts which makes it really economical too. .

soap that grows on trees!

I must be nuts, right? Soap nuts? Actually, this is an amazing all natural household cleaner that grows on trees! Made from pure dried fruit of the Chinese Soapberry tree, they look like little hard, brown berries. You place a couple of these soap nuts in a muslin wash bag, and you add them to your washing machine. The more dirty the load, the more nuts you'll need. No petrochemicals, no phosphates. And then you can compost your nuts! And they work really well!
