Water from ambient air technology.

This is the stuff of science fiction, but it's real thanks to Australian inventor, Max Whisson who has engineered the first product to extract water from the air. It uses a turbine with a refrigerant to cool the air and then collects the condensation. It is currently a prototype, but watch the video here: http://www.waterunlimited.com.au/video.html. It is sustainable, using solar and wind power, and can have a great impact on drought-stricken areas and those without a fresh water source. The catch? Well it costs 40k but they will donate some of these to those in need. My only concern is how this technology might be enlarged to a scale that we will soon have water factories, and how that might impact our fragile climate and ecosystems.
