What's up with the plastic packaging?

I don't understand why Seventh Generation has to package them in a plastic bag. For a better disposable option, try Natracare products. They contain no petroleum-based plastics, are fully compostable, and come in a cardboard box.

A better alternative to the same old same old

Ideally I would like to use something like glad rags where I don't have any waste. But at this time I find it expensive and a bit inconvenient. I am hoping to make the switch in the future but for now I find that Seventh Generation's Pads with wings are a great alternative that doesn't use the same kind of chemicals that the mainstream products use.
