I lived on a dairy farm in southern Sweden once... and at last I have milk that compares!
Not only is it delicious, but it feels great to support such a great company. And it feels great not to have any new plastic milk jugs or waxy cartons produced on my account.
Some comments if this is the first time you'll be trying non industrially-produced milk:
-Expect a lot of thick cream on the top. I decided to use mine in my coffee, when i first opened the bottle. I microwaved it to melt it, and basically drank butter coffee...
-If any of that cream gets stuck on the inside of the glass bottle, as you use up the milk... the stuck stuff kind of gets stinky. Your milk is not spoiled though!

Straus does it right. They recycle cow manure into electricity, use glass bottles and have a voluntary take-back program (via deposits/credits at store), and make the most delish organic milk ever.

I have tried many milks nonfat milk, organic nonfat milk, and then I tried Straus organic nonfat milk it is like nothing else I have ever tried before it actually tastes less processed and just more milky!
Straus Family Farms makes some of the tastiest milk I have ever had the pleasure to consume. Beyond that, it is milk you can feel good buying. It is organic, but better than that, it comes in reusable glass bottles so you feel like you are traveling back in time. However my favorite thing about the milk is that the farm uses the cow waste to run the farm by changing the waste into methane gas. I love the milk and feel good buying it.

Growing up in the country I know the taste of real Organic Milk! Straus makes the best-pasteurized milk on organic market today. I would love for them to produce raw products despite the 'liability factor'. Thank you!
