This restaurant is "Ume"! Really great food, staff and grog

Minako is hands-down the best organic Japanese restaurant in SF. In fact, it may be the *only* organic Japanese restaurant in the city. Minako is much more comfort food than Medicine Eatstation in Financial or Joji's in the Marina.

The restaurant has always been serving caringly made delicious organic dishes since inception. Since most ingredients are made in house, they are organic. Our waitress was really nice and even brought out different sakes for me to taste before ordering. World class.

I had a nice hot Sho Chiku Bai nama organic sake to wash everything down. To die for... I will be back!
