Miso Cup with tofu

Miso Cup with tofu is just "ok" - the tofu doesn't add much flavor and it doesn't have much flavor or body after it's been reconstituted. This is my second favorite Miso Cup variety of all three.

Miso can vary wildly -- but this is a standby which has been around for 21 years. It's not as rich as fresh miso soup but it works great for camping trips or to keep in the office as an afternoon snack when a cup of peppermint tea isn't going to work.

It only gets 3 stars because you can't recycle the envelope -- it's not just paper and it's not just foil... sorry guys!
