After submitting multiple proposals to MRIS they finally bit the bullet and greened their MLS. They are one of the largets MLS systems in the nation. Why should you care? It is simple really. If you have greened your home or have a certified new green home, Realtor, appraiser and lenders will be more able to see the added value of the green features. That means real money to anyone who is doing sustainable things to their homes. The light is coming!
