You don't always find lavender as a smell in dish detergent. I think the product works very well.

I do not want tis product to be discontinued.
Sunflower food market is discontinuing seventh generation products. I am very unhappy about this. I am afraid that I won't be able to find my favorite things for my sensitive skin.

We wash dishes ALL the time, I mean as a civilization. So you oughta go green. This Seventh Generation Lavender dishwashing soap is as good as any name brand. Smells good too. As always though, an eco-product can get pretty expensive.

I use all of the seventh generation products but this is my favorite. There is a wonderful smell in my kitchen when I wash my dishes and no chemicals!

The best thing about using the Seventh Generation over a conventional product is that there is no more chemical smell whenever we wash our dishes. The dishes for the most part come out clean and shiny. The only complaint I have is that occasionally I will need to wash a fork or knife but it is worth the effort for the health or my family.

I love my Seventh Generation Lavender dish soap. I was using Dawn brand, and after I switched, I noticed in my cupboard two glasses sitting side by side. One had been washed with Dawn; one with the Seventh Generation soap. The Dawn glass was filmy and spotty. The Seventh Generation glass was bright, blingy, and shiny. You only need a tiny amount of the soap in a whole sink full of dishes. A little goes a long way, so it really is a good deal, too! I also have dry patches on my hands, and the Seventh Generation soap is really gentle and helps my hands feel moisturized and soft.
