another local green business that makes me proud
It took awhile but I finally found what I consider the best, non-toxic, sustainable yoga mat - the Natural Fitness DIVINE. This yoga mat is made from biodegradable natural rubber, sustainably harvested and manufactured w/o hazardous phalate plasticizers and PVC. Also it is the only rubber mat with a natural, renewable, and biodegradable inner stability mesh. It is reversible, comes in several sizes, thicknesses and colors. Mine is the largest and therefore a bit heavy, and longer making it a challenge to find a bag that fits it. But perhaps I can sew my own. And this company is local to me, with a Zero Impact Program, and they plant a tree for every product sold. What more could you ask for?
