Bread crumbs & cat poop
I am really surprised at the reviews -- I clean my cats' litter box 1-2x/day. I have 3 cats who use one box and sWheat Scoop was a mess. It was just utterly gross. A friend with one cat also used it and had the same results. It is so over priced -- I just don't think it is a good solution.
NOTE: Flushing cat poop is NOT recommended on most of the west coast because feline toxoplasms are finding their way out of water treatment into the ocean and killing sea otters.

I Love "Swheat Scoop" Kitty Litter!!!!
Ok, I have two cats sharing one litter box in our small apartment. First I have to admit that "Swheat Scoop" may not clump quite as well as "World's Best Cat Litter", but it does clump pretty darn well, I think.
Beyond that, I have been able to SMELL NO TRACES OF URINE SMELL from that box!!! My confession is that their litterbox has a swing door on it to help keep in the smell. But when I used World's Best, I could smell a strong corn odor....with Sweat Scoop, I smell NOTHING.
Sometimes, (shamefully) I forget to run the bowl of dirty litter out to my compost pile, and it will sit by the door for hours, and I find it easy to forget about because even then, my husband and I cannot smell the urine!
I highly recommend everyone who is not satisfied with their cat litter to give this a whirl, and I do not think you'll be disappointed. For maximum results, do what I did, and get a box with a swing door.

Great for Ferrets
I switched from regular litter to Swheat Scoop for my 5 ferrets and it was great. Helped with the smell and easy to use. They had a habit of using their nose to dig into their litter so a natural litter is the way to go.

World's Second Best
Swheat Scoop's Clumping and Odor Control lag behind World's Best. The clumps don't dry out as quickly and tend to fall apart when you attempt to remove them. And the clumps positively superglue themselves to plastic litter pans if you don't get them removed promptly.
Also, remember not to flush solid wastes from your kitty litter if you live on Pacific Coast! It's killing the sea otters!

Kitty friendly kitty litter!
We have three cats and they just love this kitty litter. They also seem to not make such a big mess with it. It smells good too.

Good for the environment but bad for my nose!
I really wanted to like Swheat Scoop. I have three fab felines sharing our home. The Swheat Scoop just did not cut it in my multi-cat household. The urine smell was overpowering. I have since gone back to Fresh Step.

Swheat Scoop
This is the only cat litter I will use. It is not toxic or dusty. I feel it is much safer to use around my cats and around myself as well. It clumps well, and, with regular cleaning, absorbs odor well. It is better for the environment than traditional cat litters too.

I love my Swheat scoop!
We used to use the clumping clay litter that everyone else uses before we had our child. After looking into the ingredients of the clay and learning about the silica dust issue, we decided to switch to a natural litter. The other fir pellets just weren't satisfactory to us or our cat (didn't clump or absorb very well, odor issues, not paw-friendly). Then we discovered Swheat Scoop. It really does everything the box claims! No odor issues, clumps just as good as clay, biodegradable, and is flushable and sewer-safe--just make sure to break up any larger clumps or you'll have a hard time flushing. I highly recommend this brand, and you can usually find it at grocery stores such as Safeway.

Almost makes me want a cat. Actually, not really. But a great idea.

Swheat Scoop Rocks Our Kitties' Socks
We have three indoor cats and three litter boxes in our home. We use only Swheat Scoop litter and LOVE it. Perhaps what is more important is that our cats seem to like it, more so than us! There are no stinky odors, and it is super easy to scoop the boxes. Plus, it's more environmentally friendly and eliminates a lot of unnecessary chemical-based products from your home.

Swheat Scoop
It's the greatest. My cat loves it. It scoops beautifully. There's no silica dust to worry about; I am not pregnant but if I became pregnant that would matter. The litter is biodegradable and I like that. So does my Cat. Thank you Swheat Scoop. Thank you.

Sweat scoop for apartment living
We live in apartment and it is so nice to have litter that doesn't contain clay dust, covers smell really well, and is flushable - meaning we can scoop it everyday without having to run the garbage out all the time. Our cats have never had any issue with it either, even right after they got declawed.

The best cat litter ever!!
Love this cat litter. No smell. Very little mess. Can't live with cats without this product.

Great cat product!
It is so nice knowing I can buy green products even for my cat. Not only is the cat litter effective, but since it is flushable, it's even more convenient than the standard non-green brands.

Swheat Scoop
We recently switched to this litter from a high-end clumping clay product because the clumping clay is not safe for kittens. Additionally, the clumping clay put off a lot of dust that irritated my lungs when I was changing the litter and I'm sure wasn't great for my cats' lungs either. Compared to the clumping clay, Sweet Scoop does about as well for urine odor control, though the clumps are a bit softer and tend to stick to the bottom of the litter pan. It is a little less effective at controlling solid waste odors compared to a clumping clay, but is much better than (cheap) non-clumping clays. Sweet Scoop has the benefit of being eco-friendly from start to finish: They use natural wheat that is below grade for farming purposes and the litter after use can be flushed or used as a fertilizer....though I've never tried it. Finally, Sweet Scoop is cheaper than my old brand of clumping litter and is available at pet stores, major chains, and the grocery store.

For the record, three cats would be too many for ANY litter box. The rule of thumb is one box for every 1-2 cats, but preferably (the cats prefer it as well) one box for each. more »
