Terrible

This product did not remove the hair from my bikini line at all - I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Also, it has a gross sticky consistency that tends to get all over your fingers. Total waste of money. Better off using cloth strips anyway.

BRUTAL

The PLA plastic strips are terrible.
Instead, I paired the honey wax with my own cloth strips and it worked wonders. Using cloth strips is greener yet, as they can be washed and re-used forever, instead of thrown away, they dont require pesticides nor do they require as much energy to grow and be manufactured. Cloth strips conform to the shape of your body instead of icky plastic. ugh.
Don't buy this product, instead try a generic brand of honey wax which comes with cloth strips.
This product want's to be green, but there are many other product available which aren't billion dollar companies which make a product that is 100% better.

Hair Remover Wax Has Come Full Circle

Natural honey wax with wooden sticks instead of plastic? Reminds me of the old days when we had, well, bees wax and wooden sticks for waxing.

Finally I can put years of waxing knowledge to good use with a review here. Sally Hansen has come out with an eco wax product that is "pure all natural honey, sugar etc" Since the time of Cleopatra* wax has generally been based on sugar or melted bees wax so aside from the fruit and flower additions I'm not sure this is really big news.
*I'm guessing

This product has a freaky twist: a roll of corn-based clear cellophane like "plastic" that you unroll and cut instead of cloth. Their selling point is "mistake proof clear strips make waxing easier as you can see through them." Well I found the opposite, since if you have dark hair against a white cloth it's much easier to see. I'm not sure how seeing the hair prevents mistakes but whatever.

RESULTS:
This wax RIPS. In fact not only did the hair come off but I think my tan did as well. That's not a bad thing. I used it on my upper lip, cutting tiny strips, and it worked well. Cleopatra would have loved it.

Having tried some bad Sally Hansen wax concoctions over the years I can recommend this one as being easy to apply and definitely doing the removal job. The aloe after gel is nice too instead of the old more chemically kind. Packaged in a glass jar it feels substantial and high end vs. the plastic tubs of recent years.
