I don't even know where to begin with the praise. This company makes a bunch of fantastically crafted beers. I love the Organic Wheat (Mothership), love the Fat Tire, and I love the seasonals. I love the fact that they're committed to green energy. They encourage biking to work and support local festivals. And they also give a ton of money to charity.
I was on a large homebuilders website (this builder makes billions in revenue and no doubt they create a lot of environmental problems) and they were bragging about giving away nearly $20 million dollars to charity in the last 2 decades. Of course, I'm glad they gave away that money, but if you go to the New Belgium site under "About Us, Philanthropy", you'll see that this small brewer has given away $2 million, which makes a lot of big corporations look stingy.

This is one of my favorite places. Besides the fact that they have the best beer ever, they are a truly green business. And the people there are SOOO nice. I go to the brewery at least once a month (I live in Fort Collins) to "sample" the beer. My new favorite is Mighty Arrow. It is named after the owner's dog who had cancer.

New Belgium Brewing Company is the greatest. I just can't decide which one I need to drink more of... Fat Tire? Mothership Wit? Skinny Dip? 2 Below? 1554? All I keep saying is more please :)
Oh, and they are employee owned and run on wind power in good ole Forth Collins, CO. Pretty tasty if you ask me.

New Belgium Brewing Company has been a green business for as long as I have known about them. They make fantastic beers, and the beers they make also happen to be good for the environment. They are wind powered, filter their waste water use the by-products to help power the brewery. All in all a great company, making really good beer that you can find almost anywhere west of the Mississippi.

I love New Belgium Brewing. Not only do they make great tasting beer (my favorite is Blue Paddle) but they are looking after this planet while doing it. Guilt free beer.

The toasty, minerally flavor of this beer (though, let it be known, they have an assortment of other much better kinds, like Skinny Deep) is best on tap. I've heard their beer is not as good as it once was, way back when they were just a small brewery, before their distribution went multi-platinum and they became one of the biggest craft brewers in America. I certainly wouldn't describe it as a hoppy Belgian ale, the way many do. Regardless, it's still fine beer, and of course the fact that sustainability plays such a big part in their facilities and production in Fort Collins, CO, speaks well about the company. They were the first wind-powered brewery in the nation, and their facilities have full LEED certification. I'm actually sipping one right now, and now that my bottle's half-empty, I'll give it four stars.

you will always find this in my fridge. it's a solid beer that you can't possibly go wrong with. i first discovered this sweet puppy about 5 years ago, right before i moved to the east coast. at that point, this magnficent stud of a beer hadn't quite reached its way that far across the US. this is what i like to call my "dark period". then i moved back to the proper coast and all was good again!

Not only a great beer, but environmentally responsible in the use of fuels such as biodiesel for the distribution trucks.

This brewery is awesome, I had a tour of the place this summer. The building is designed to let natural light though most of the day. All the plants around the building are native zero scape. Each employee gets a new bike to ride to work for thier year anarvisery with the brewery. They use wind energy from Wyoming. They have their own water reclamation plant on site and run the brewery off natural gas, from the reclamation plant vapors, 6 hours a day. They use recycled bottles. Their local runs are fueled with bio-diesel. They have earth day off every year. The best part about this business is their yummy beer. Fat Tire is my all time favorite beer. I buy it as much as possible because I know Im supporting such a green business.
