New Chapter's food based vitamins assimilate better in our bodies

I've been taking vitamins for around 15 years now. When I first started, the dizzying array of choices in the health food store found me scratching my head. Since then, tons of information has become available on what makes a good vitamin supplement. One key factor is the difference between a food based vitamin ,and a completely synthetic vitamin. Synthetics tend to be cheaper, but our bodies can't assimilate the nutrients as well as a rule. Food based, like New Chapter's, can be taken on an empty stomach, because our bodies recognize them as food. New Chapter also has some great organic offerings, and their CoEnzyme Q10 is the best in the category across any manufacturer. Their multi's for men and women are great formulas, and my body can tell the difference between the quality of all their products, compared to other brands I have tried. If you can't find New Chapter in your local health food store, ask for a food based vitamin, your body will thank you.
