A great, sometimes overlooked alternative health/ massage/acupuncture center in Montclair, NJ
I have taken Chi Gung classes, had a massage, and spoken to nutritional counselors at this not quite spa, not quite doctors office center for healthy living. The practitioners are some of Montclair's best. There is yoga, a holistic chiropractor, acupuncture, zumba dancing, among other therapies/activities...
