Wonderful community banking for SF!

I am all about investing with local banks which invest in their communities, instead of with large, faceless behmoths which invest in outrageous CEO exit packages.
My buddy recently signed up with these guys because they are a local bank with intense focus on providing services to the SF Bay Area region. They are attentive, committed to green/clean tech, and low overhead. I'm with a small East Bay credit union but it's tempting to open a second account here.
This looks like a really promising local bank that I would trust leaving my money with!
