Innovative, Efficient and Wonderous

This harness for yoga stretches and inversion therapy is a gentle way to stretch the body without being restricted to the floor. In mid-air you can stretch multi-directionally and it gently holds you in an ergonomic way. It is also beautiful to watch, like a circus aerial dancer, entrancing to the viewer. In other words its as fun and beneficial to use as is to observe someone else using. Every home should have one of these. My only criticism is that the structure that holds the harness was not part of the package. It was a little expensive for not including that, and makes it not as readily accessible to the consumer. It would be helpful for this product to include the frame (for holding harness) as well.

I can't wait to workout!

The OmGym is the perfect way to have fun while exercising. It allows me to stretch, tone, and relax and I can even travel with it. The inversion position feels great on my back and I can't wait to try all the other positions. Plus, I can easily install in inside, outside, or anywhere! It's like having my own flying trapeez!
