If I had the option to rate this facial cleanser with negative stars, it would be a -3. The little amount of makeup that I wear will not come off with this product. It smells great but is horrible in terms of cleaning your face. It does not lather and I have to use an astringent after washing my face to actually clean my face. It is almost a sin to even sell this product. You can make this "cleanser" at home by adding orange juice to some vaseline and applying the mixture to your face.

smells good but a little greasy

I bought this facial cleanser by mistake, as it is for drier / sensitive complexions (which my face is NOT). It did a good job cleansing but left my face a little greasy - however, I am not going to write a bad review because I made a mistake in buying it. There are a lot of different types of oils in this cleanser, so only buy it truly if your skin is dry. All of the ingredients are totally natural and I love supporting Burt's Bees, especially since they just came out with an industry definition for the word "natural." Anything that helps sort through the muck that the word "natural" has become, is a friend indeed.

Smells great, feels good.

This is a good natural face wash. I give it a four instead of five because it is a tad too greasy for my acne-prone skin. It would be great for someone with dry skin though. It really locks moisture into the skin. A very small amount will do, making the product last a very long time.
