Wow, this stuff was awful. I don't care if it was organic, the inviting first taste of most goat cheeses, led to probably one of the worst metallic, bitter aftertastes I've experienced with cheese, and it wasn't even an aftertaste. It was happening while I was eating it. Ugh.

I like organic stinky goat cheese
So I seem to like smelly, weird textured foods and this is no exception. This cheese had just the right amount of smelliness and creamy texture with chewy skin that make for a perfect afternoon snack. Cheese is cheese. Let's get that one straight.
Some little baby goat didn't get milk from it's mama because someone else, perhaps owners of opposable thumbs, wanted it more. So what happened to the baby goat? Did it go hungry?

Get your goat!
This is a fabulous cheese. It was notably un-goat-like. A lot creamier and milder in flavor, although it still retained that kick and pungency that only comes with goat cheese. It's a great alternative if you're looking to escape from traditional goat cheeses.

A winning goat extract
This goat's gift to the world - stinky goat cheese - had plenty of yum to it. Goat milk is not part of my routine diet but this was pretty good.
