Great ravioli, terrible packaging!
Rising Moon makes some great pre-packaged ravioli -- their ravioli are second only to the fresh butternut squash ravioli available (unfrozen) in the cooler at Rainbow Grocery. Their products are mostly vegetarian & vegan and the company takes a strong stand in favor of a vegetarian diet and organic foods.
The plastic packaging is pretty tough -- I am never sure if it is recyclable or not. To get around this, I make my own ravioli. If you ever want to try - making your own ravioli is a lot easier than you might think. You could have the dough done in 10 minutes and roll out the ravioli and throw them in the freezer (that helps them cook better) pretty fast.

Actually, their motto is "Whirled Peas...", I mean "World Peace begins in the kitchen". I've told them that I would be one of their most devoted customers if they made gluten-free raviolis!

Butternut squash ravs from Rising Moon are duh bomb
Rising Moon Organics is painstaking with their product. Out of Eugene, Oregon, a company whose tagline is, "The revolution starts in the kitchen". Everything, need I say everything is organic in their products...even the nutmeg! And it's definitely all goodness and love. These raviolis are frozen, a great thing to have on hand in your freezer when you're craving a little organic ravioli. Also, their pasta sauce rules -- get whatever flavor suits you the most.
