Low calorie, high impact chocolate fix

If you're watching your weight and calories but crave a chocolate snack - pack some raw cacao nibs in your lunch. Just a couple teaspoons of nibs are very satisfying -- they are hard and crunchy like chewing on coffee beans but super chocolate tasting and delicious.

Raw cacao has many benefits -- but using it as a major source of nutrition could lead to some health problems over the long term. Just like anything else -- don't over do it. This is potent, concentrated stuff.

I like to add raw cacao nibs to baked goods to give a bit of texture and intense flavor -- whenever I use a packaged brownie mix, I mix in 1/3 c. of raw cacao nibs. They are better than chocolate chips!

Visit Sunfoods website (link above) and you'll find all the pro-raw cacao propaganda you could ever want. You'll leave that page with lots of warm fuzzy support and rationalizations for raw cacao nibs. Yum!
