Dinner Served Stone Cold

Everything was great with this company...until the night of my dinner. Our food came out cold...stone cold. Previously cooked vegetables, potatoes, meat, fish...all cold. We were devastated, and I died a thousand deaths. Went table to table apologizing. All Eden had to say was "I'm so sorry."

We were charged for a portable oven as well.

I would not use this company again. I also found Luis, the chef, to be unbending and not open to hearing my vision of the dinner...he was set on his and that was it.

It was a big mistake. Every time I attempt to leave a less than five-star review on yelp, my review mysteriously disappears; I hope to save other people the same devastation that I felt. We spent thousands of dollars to OCC for this event, and they kept telling me how great everything was going to be.

I wish I had never used them; they knew the set-up at the venue, and they knew their limitations. I was lied to and it cost me thousands of dollars and a horrible memory.
