Raw, organic chocolate spread

Chocolate Nirvana!
Sometimes I really believe we should just have a chocolate category here on SustainLane for all the outstanding organic chocolate products out there -- or maybe I should just start a chocolate review site myself. That could be dangerous. Ah, chocolate... I digress.
I'm usually not one to splurge on super expensive treats like this. I think this little jar cost about $8-10 at Rainbow Grocery. There was something tempting about it, so I picked it up on a PMS-fueled caprice. When I tasted it at home, I was thanking my intuition. I'm still thanking my intuition.
I don't care what they say about a teaspoon as a serving size - you just need a pea size drop to spread on a piece of sourdough and that is the most satisfying chocolate experience ever. I find I need less chocolate with a tiny bit of this chocolate spread. In fact, I haven't bought a chocolate bar or craved chocolate since I got this. I might eat one or two narrow baguette slices thinly spread with this stuff once a week and blammo - it kills my craving for any other chocolate. I cannot wait to put it on candied apricots.
Do yourself a favor - trust the intuition and buy a jar, if not for yourself, for your girlfriend. You know she'll appreciate it.
