Tasty instant hot cocoa!

Nevermind that this is non-dairy -- unless you're lactose intolerant or, like me, you're totally allergic to dairy. This is a really fantastic instant cocoa mix -- it's not overly sweet, the chocolate is rich and delicious. I usually mix it with hot water and some almond milk -- and top it with ricemallow creme. Yum.

This is good for the planet because it certified organic and non-dairy (no cows were harmed, held captive or made to contribute methane to greenhouse gases).
