I tried this buckwheat at the suggestion of the same coworker mentioned below. :) Once I got the measurements right (my fault for not having a measuring cup) this was a tasty morning meal. I love oats, and this is a nice twist on oatmeal. It's gluten free, which is good for some folks, and Bob makes this stuff organic to boot. It also has a surprising amount of protein, 5 grams in 1/4 cup.
I ate it with a teaspoon of sucanat, a splash of almond milk, and some sliced strawberries. I was sad to see the bottom of the bowl.

This morning one of my co-workers asked me if I wanted to try some buckwheat. I imagined dark brown bowl of gritty, healthy tasting mush, but felt I could use a healthy start to my day. When she came back with a beautiful bowl of hot, beige with dark brown sprinkles and strokes of white creaminess, I knew I was in for a treat. She had combined some boiled organic buckwheat grains, organic half and half, organic Greek yogurt, succanat, and agave, (a natural unprocessed alternative to sugar). So delicious, organic and healthy! :) I'm going to try and make this at home next time.
