Dark chocolate filled with sweet raspberry
Sjaak's makes some very good vegan chocolates. I first ordered these through the VeganEssentials site (http://www.veganessentials.com), and it is my second pick of the Sjaak's chocolate bars (the first being the vegan caramel filled bar). I have found the chocolate to be inconsistent -- sometimes waxy and not very chocolatey, a result of poor storage and exposure to heat. The filling is tasty and sweet and the bar is just the right size treat.
