Hearty & Healthy Soup Mixes

FungusAmongUs makes savory soup mixes fragrant with spices and the rich flavor from mushrooms, legumes and vegetables. It's a cold rainy afternoon, calling for something tasty and hot to warm me up. It was a short wait... in 20 minutes I was enjoying a steaming bowl of their Moroccan Porcini & Green Lentil Soup made with certified organic ingredients: lentils, porcini mushrooms, carrots, garlic, kosher salt and spices that filled my kitchen with an exotic aroma from its unique blend. I'm looking forward to trying their smoked oyster mushroom chowder next.
