fruity, chartreuse-colored olive oil called Zoe

This organic olive oil has a fruity aroma and comes from Castilla-LaMancha, Spain. You can get in a lot of different stores across the US. I think it's actually won some awards.

Last night I made some thin-crusted pizzas with goat cheese, heirloom tomatoes, and sauteed garlic, and I drizzled the last of my 750 ml tin of olive oil on the prebaked crusts. The olive oil brought a nice citrus, yet buttery flavor to the pizza.
