true words from a caffeinated francophile

Since returning from Paris (seriously) a few weeks ago I insist on getting a cup of joe (of course we don't call it that) in the mornings at La Boulange de Polk in San Fran (Russian Hill). This organic, dark, (Guatemalan?) French roast drip coffee is strong, smooth, not bitter, et tres delicieux. One of my favorite coffees in the city...maybe second to Blue Bottle, where I get my espresso.
