Dark Organic Chocolate (more than 70% cocoa)
Sorry, but I would like the DARK organic chocolate to be more soft. It took quite a while to melt on the tongue. Lindt's dark chocolate provided a superior experience. However, it is not organic.

These are vegan and are really really good. They taste like conventional semi-sweet chocolate chips but without all the environmental ramifications!

Trader Joe's Milk Chocolate With Raisins and Pecans
I eat Trader Joe's Milk Chocolate With Raisins and Pecans as an "energy snack." The chocolate is nice and creamy and they're chock full of raisins and pecans. If you're going to be decadent this is a healthy organic way to do it.
