Nighty Night Tonight

I'm somewhat of a night owl, tonight is no exception. I'm sipping a cup of Nighty Night, as I write this review. It's one of my favorite late night tea preferences, because all the ingredients are organic herbs that aid with relaxation: passionflower, chamomile, linden, catnip, hops, spearmint, lemon verbena, lemon peel and West Indian lemongrass. I find sipping this tea to be pleasant and calming; the hint of mint makes it refreshing too. For maximum flavor, I let my tea bag steep for 15-minutes. I usually leave the tea bag in my mug, but it's really best to squeeze out the leaves to get all the benefits of the herbs.

Traditional Medicinals puts their guiding principles right where you can read them, while sipping your tea - on the inside of the box, and on each individually wrapped tea bag. They're all about quality, sustainability and recycling.
