Not for drinking- for cooking!

The juice separates when it's thawed and sticks like a pulp pancake in the bottom of the can. It's hard to mix into solution with water.

However- this is an awesome ingredient to cook with. It's great to add to marinades because it's concentrated. It's awesome in baked goods. It's a killer glaze with teriyaki over chicken because it's thick intense flavor that bakes up a wonderful crust. It's also great for making sorbet, smoothies, and some wonderful adult cocktails!

Organic Cream-sicle

8oz Rain vodka (it's organic)
1/2 can of the OJ concentrate
1 C ice

cascadian farm organic orange juice

This is the frozen variety - from concentrate. I dont think Cascadian Farm
makes regular fresh squeezed OJ which is too bad IMHO, because it does taste fresher and probably retains more of the mineral bases. This product is not for me.
