Excellent pasta sauces
I have to confess - though I am perfectly capable of making my own sauces, I do not hesitate to throw a couple jars of Rising Moon's garlic & chanterelle sauce into my shopping cart if it is on sale. The sauces are organic and very tasty, though expensive and work great in a pinch when I'm lazy.
Several varieties are vegan, including:
Organic Garlic & Merlot
Organic Garlic & Basil
Organic Garlic & Chanterelle Mushroom
This product is in glass jars -- they are a great size and easy to re-use for other things (or leftovers).
The company promotes vegetarianism and has a section on their site describing the benefits of a vegetarian diet and includes recipes. My only advice to you is - "Mangia, Mangia!"

I love this pasta sauce
Rising Moon Organics rocks! You can't go wrong with any of their pasta sauces. Out of Eugene, Oregon, they use only organic ingredients, and for them, "The revolution begins in the kitchen". My favorite kind is the garlic and chanterelle. If you don't have time to whip up your own pasta sauce, this works wonders in pasta, on pizza, and anything you need tomato sauce for. It's awesome to know that when I buy this product I'm supporting a food revolution.
