better than your wheaties
Autumn Wheat is a delicious cereal--not too sweet, wheatish. I eat it in Silk Vanilla soymilk. It tastes very delicious when the wheat squares absorb the milk and sort of melt in your mouth, with this awesome wheaty texture. Also, it only has a couple of ingredients, which just rocks. Plus it looks nice.

Organic Mini-Wheats - Theeey'rrrrre great!
Kellog's frosted mini-wheats used to be one of my favorite cereals. I found Autumn Wheat on sale at the Cala down the street. I was surprised to see such organic selections, and on sale even. This cereal is really quite good if not better than the conventional frosted version. It's naturally sweetened and 100% organic too so no chemicals into the ground.
