Devine Raw Black Sesame Tahini good for your Heart
Black unhulled sesame tahini is simply the helthiest alive seed spread I can think of. It is unhulled and has all the fibers, is very bitter, and therefore good for your heart. Smear it on a toasted peace of Earthseed bread, add some good apricot jam to balance the bitter with a little sweat and you have the best healthy and divine organic snack, thats almost like a cake but witout the sugar.
