So weird it's delicious!

I adore carrot cake. I am addicted to carrot juice. Why was it that when I saw "Carrot Cake" ice cream - I was ambivalent about how it would taste? The bright orange color of the dessert on the packaging made me think - it is either really weird or really good. I had to try it.

And, having tried it, I am now addicted. It is really difficult to exercise self control with a pint of Organic Rice Divine Carrot Cake. This stuff is so good - there is a sweet, carroty flavor and big chunks of cake - it's just fantastic. I tried to leave a pint in the freezer at my boyfriend's house but that didn't work: he ate it all. "Well it was in the freezer for so long!" he protested (it was actually less than a week). He couldn't resist the siren call of that crazy carrot cake ice cream, either.

Don't get it -- your backside will thank you. If you do get it, be prepared to find yourself growling and snarling to keep away competitors.
