Best Vegan Vanilla for Root Beer Floats
I've tried plenty of vegan vanilla ice creams -- I love the rich soy products but since I'm allergic, they don't rest easily in my stomach. "Rice Dream" tastes like "ice milk" my grandmother used to buy in huge gallon-size plastic tubs. Rice Divine Vanilla tastes like rich, creamy vanilla ice cream. It works really great in root beer floats -- with Hansen's Root Beer (of course!).
