Tasty & Nutritious

Spectrum makes a very good organic, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar that competes with Bragg's -- I think the main difference is that Spectrum products tend to be a bit less expensive and they don't promote all the health benefits and story on the label.

Raw apple cider vinegar is helpful for alleviating joint pain and helps detoxify the kidneys. It's great on a salad - provides a lighter tang than your basic balsamic.

I've been using both Spectrum & Bragg's vinegars for much the same purposes -- Braggs tends to be a bit more astringent and Spectrum a bit sweeter. If you drink them straight, you won't have to pay extra for kombucha if you're just going for flavor. ;)
