Excellent sesame flavor...

Spectrum Organic Toasted Sesame oil is a great addition to dress any salad.

I like to put it in the blender or processor with raw macadamias, a bit of chile oil, a couple table spoons of soy, a spoon of sugar or rapadura and blend it to make a dressing for cold soba noodles -- toss with toasted sesame seeds, chopped red pepper and thinly sliced green onions for an easy and nutritious warm weather dinner.
