Quick and Easy Cake Mix
I have used Dr Oetker's Cake mixes before and the vanilla cake mix is pretty good -- the box recipe calls for eggs, but I made it with flaxseed and it came out really well. The Oetker's marble cake was a big hit in the office. Moist, tender and consistent.
