taste really bitter especially after eating milk chocolate
So we were having an organic chocolate and wine tasting (highly recommend it - great for parties!), and I chose this kind last. Maybe it's like wine where you need to progress from one end of the spectrum to the other - starting with dark to light in the case of chocolate. Either way, this one just tasted too bitter to me. 2 stars for being organic and fair trade, but I have to say I didn't really dig the raw flavor of cocoa bean.

Very good organic dark choco!!
I liked this dark chocolate. Though at first bite I did not, I fell in love with it. Goes well with wine.

This dark chocolate is a chocolate lovers dream! The 71% cacao content makes for a bittersweet flavor that really lets you taste the quality of the cocoa beans that were used. It is fairly traded and organic, so there's much to love!
