The Joy of San-J
The joy of cooking gluten-free in my household is because of wheat and gluten free condiments and sauces like San-J's Organic Tamari Wheat Free Soy Sauce. Not only am I able to enjoy cooking my favorite stir-fry recipes, but Tamari Wheat Free Soy Sauce is a great flavor enhancer for many other dishes. I only wish restaurants would offer wheat free soy sauce too. I just found out that San-J makes single-serving packets sold in 50-count boxes, so now I will call around to stores in our area that carry San-J products, as it costs more than double the price with shipping and handling buying direct from San-J online.

We can't cook gluten free without this
The San J wheat-free tamari soy sauce has been a life saver at my house. I need a gluten-free diet, and my wife is Chinese. Needless to say, all of her traditional recipes are now made with San-J. She still prefers the original style, but my diet would get pretty monotonous without this item. Whole Foods is the only store near me that carries it.

Gluten free Soy Sauce
This isn't the best soy sauce I've ever had, but it's the best gluten free, by far. It's maybe a little light, I feel like I use more than I'd like to, but the flavor is rich soy and not chemical at all.
